Introduction
These SNPIT Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") govern the use of the Game-Fi platform "SNPIT" (hereinafter "SNPIT", and the application providing SNPIT is referred to as "the App"), which is provided by GALLUSYS Corporation (hereinafter "the Company").
Users must agree to these Terms before using the App. By using SNPIT, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Overview of SNPIT
Users can maximize the use of Camera NFT to capture valuable photos (hereafter referred to as "the Content") and can receive rewards in the form of SNPIT tokens (hereinafter "tokens"). These tokens can be used for improving camera performance, posting to photo contests within the App, and more. Additionally, they can be exchanged for MATIC within the App. SNPIT aims to rediscover the beauty of our planet by documenting breathtaking landscapes and to raise users' awareness about environmental conservation and cultural heritage.
Points to Note When Using SNPIT
To use the App, users must be 12 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. Users must exercise caution when using the App and ensure their own safety and health. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or health issues resulting from the use of the App.
By using the App, users represent and confirm the following:
They do not currently reside in the United States of America, the People's Republic of China, Cuba, the Crimean Peninsula, Sevastopol, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, North Korea, Antigua & Barbuda, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Canada (specifically in Ontario), or the UAE.
Accessing and using the App is legal in their country of residence.
The Company does not guarantee that the use of the App is legal in a user's country of residence. If, after the fact, it is determined that the use of the App is illegal in a user's country, the Company shall not bear any responsibility for such determinations.
Provision of the App
Access to the App by users is strictly provisional and temporary. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the App or modify its content without notice to the users. Therefore, users acknowledge and agree that the Company may occasionally restrict access to all or parts of the App.
Even if the App becomes unavailable for an extended period, the Company is under no obligation to compensate or assume any liability regardless of the reason for such unavailability.
The Company may, from time to time, change the number and rate of tokens users can earn by using the App.
In the circumstances described below, considering various factors and when the Company deems it appropriate, it may revoke any benefits or profits earned by the users:
If tokens or other benefits are mistakenly granted to the user.
If a user is found to have exploited or misused the App or services to gain profits.
If a user or third party has obtained profits through fraudulent or unauthorized actions, or in any other manner deemed unacceptable by the Company.
Users may be required to connect to a digital wallet to manage and store tokens. In such cases, users are solely responsible for the security of their digital wallet. The Company will not be held liable for any damages suffered by users due to mismanagement of their digital wallet.
Fees and Payments
Users can purchase the Camera NFTs set forth by the Company by paying according to the methods established by the Company, as stipulated in separate provisions.
The Company reserves the right to modify the fees and payment methods stated in this section, by notifying users in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company. However, details regarding changes in fees and payment methods can be substituted by posting on the Company's website as a form of notification to the users.
As a general rule, the Company does not offer refunds for payments received from users.
Token Acquisition & Usage
Users can earn tokens by taking photos using the Camera NFT they purchased or the Camera NFT minted from Camera Boxes.
Users can utilize the acquired tokens to improve camera performance, increase the number of posts or storage capacity, or produce a new camera from two existing Camera NFTs.
Prohibited Acts
Users are prohibited from carrying out any of the actions listed below when shooting with this content. If you're unsure whether an action might fall under these prohibited activities, please consult us for guidance:
Filming in a manner that violates laws or public morals.
Use for pornographic content, the adult entertainment industry, deceptive business practices, adult websites, dating sites, organized crime affiliations, etc., regardless of whether or not they violate laws or public morals.
Using in a way that gives the impression that you hold the copyright.
Unjustly discriminating or defaming our company or a third party, promoting unfair discrimination against our company or a third party, or engaging in acts that tarnish the reputation or credibility of our company or a third party.
Using in a manner that infringes on third-party rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, utility model rights, trade secrets, rights of honor, rights of likeness, privacy rights, and rights of publicity.
Using for creations that might lead to rights like trademarks and designs.
Repurposing for providing services similar to this app.
Transferring or lending the purchased content and its usage rights to a third party.
Using in a way that allows third parties to download or access the content.
Any other activities that our company deems inappropriate.
Unauthorized Use, etc.
Users are prohibited from carrying out any of the actions listed below when shooting with this content. If you're unsure whether an action might fall under these prohibited activities, please consult us for guidance:
Intellectual Property Rights, etc.
All intellectual property rights, including the copyrights of the content, are retained by the user of the content or the right holder from whom the user has obtained permission.
When using the purchased content, users are not required to display credits.
Disclaimer
The company guarantees that users, concerning the content, have obtained or processed the necessary rights to use without a set time limit from the time of posting concerning third-party copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, utility model rights, trade secrets, rights of honor, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other rights by law or contract, and have been granted the permissions set forth in these terms and conditions.
The company guarantees that users have received assurance that they will not exercise their moral rights as authors against users and will not have the rights holder exercise them.
Excluding the guarantees in the previous two clauses, the company does not provide any guarantees regarding the content.
The company's responsibility concerning the app is as follows:
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the company, the company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the content licensed under these terms.
Notwithstanding the previous clause, even if the company bears liability for damages, the company is only responsible for direct and ordinary damages that have actually occurred, excluding lost profits.
Restrictions, Interruption, Suspension, and Termination of Content License
The company's responsibility concerning the app is as follows:
In case of violation of these terms.
If there are false statements or notifications to the company.
In cases of payment suspension or insolvency, or if there is a petition for the commencement of bankruptcy procedures, civil rehabilitation proceedings, corporate rehabilitation proceedings, special liquidation, or similar procedures.
If there is no response for more than 30 days to inquiries or other communications from the company.
If the user or its affiliates are deemed as antisocial forces, or cooperate with or are involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of antisocial forces through funding or other means.
If there is a possibility that the user causes inconvenience to the company, other users, or third parties.
Other cases that the company deems inappropriate.
If any of the previous clauses apply, the user shall destroy all content and productions derived from the content according to the company's instructions. Moreover, if the company or a third party incurs damages due to the user's actions, the user agrees to compensate for all damages (including litigation costs and attorney fees).
The company shall not be responsible for any damages caused to users or third parties or disputes arising between users and third parties due to the restriction, suspension, interruption, or termination of the license, regardless of the reason.

Amendment of Terms
When we intend to change these terms, we will, in advance, notify users of the content of the revised terms and the effective date of these changes through postings within the app or other methods designated by us. Once the effective date arrives, the content of the terms will be governed by the revised terms. Please note that we cannot individually notify users about changes related to the app. Therefore, when using the app, please refer to the latest terms and conditions from time to time. Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on our part, we will not be responsible for any damages incurred by users due to changes in these terms.
